Never said that. If one reads about the 9/11 it is a compilation of a lot of people involved in who didn't prevent 9/11 . The intelligence community and others in the administrations. My reference was just don't hang it all on Clinton. When he did send those missiles to hit OBL they missed based on faulty intel and instead hit a medical facility. And the political climate at the time presented it like WAG he Dog as he was going through the Monica thing. One has to read the book. It's no more than saying don't pin 9/11 on just one person... Bush,Clinton etc. It took a lot of people who were overlooking the significance of the acts that were perpetrated.
