That's so sad about your cat, grainne. Are you able to keep her comfortable? To have had her that long, of course you are grieving; she is part of the family. Our cats don't usually last longer than five years. It's our fault because we let them go out. When we moved here, it was much more country than it is now, but there are still coyotes around according to the sheriff. They all seem to disappear. No bodies, no reports to our vet, no nothing. Abducted by kitty aliens in the dead of night is my theory.
