Khmer Rouge (Communists), Mao Tse Tung (murdered 20 million), Joseph Stalin (murdered 10 million), Fidel Castro (murdered 4 million), Ho Chi Minh (murdered 7 million). Thats a number over 3 times all killed in World War II, a lot of which were Nazis.
