The equivalent of a million Syrians in Lebanon would be how many illegal Mexicans in the US? You can stick to your unsupported and implausible assertion if you want, I'd actually be disappointed if you backed off. "Facts and logic" and all that.

How did you do your lookup?

Population of Lebanon, 3.6 million(not including Syrian workers).
