Bribes and the such in the Oil for food scandal equaled 21 Billion out of a 64 Billion dollar program. It cannot get much worse than this, but you will never admit that.

People get bribed all the time...right here in the US. In fact the GAO said there is $9 billion missing from Iraq oil revenues collected under Bremmer.<<<

It sure seemed like virtually all of the so-called "Coalition of the Willing" got bribed, one way or another, to join.
