I don't agree with you--our world views are obviously quite dissimilar. I believe that there is enough food and money and medical and dental care available that everyone should have those, regardless of the delivery system. It isn't even a question of the ratio of helpers to helpless. And many of the "helpless" are helpless because their states have been raped and plundered by all the big business interests and others of libertarian-type morals who believe that there is nothing wrong with that. The weak and the strong, the helpers and the helpless--false dichotomies. The strong prey on the weak and unsophisticated, especially native peoples. I find this just plain wrong.
