I don't doubt what you say. When I was young I had a strong back and today I have a nice desk to sit at, but it could be pretty hard to replace at my age.

I just read an article about Bush cutting education funding

I believe federal funding for education has gone up every year of the Bush presidency. I know for a fact that it has gone up overall.
