I think the answer is obvious. The "researchers" (LOL) carefully selected three questions designed to get the answers they wanted.

You must have a comprehension impairment.

The "researchers" polled ALL republicans. 43% gave the wrong answer. They then polled republicans who watch Fox. 54% gave the wrong answer. They then polled republicans who watch PBS. 32% failed. Same question, different media...fox leads the pack. Look, one only has to spend a few hours watching that piece of shit station. No need for studies. It is ALWAYS slanted...and badly so. It's not even subtle.

You can't win with this guy. As an example, he really believes the war is over and we're in the clean up phase.

The way he is posting with you is the way he gets around the truth. Either the study sample is biased, the interviewers are biased and/or the questions are set up to invoke a particular response. Another way of reading his view.......its all done to keep the right from the truth as they know it.

FOX is their big break through..........an entire network that is willing to lie just like they think......its a match made in heaven. You will never convince him otherwise. He's a small town guy with some education who doesn't get out much. And God forbid if anyone in his circle disagrees with him.

I often wondered how they came their cockamamie conclusions. Prior to Fox, they had no traction...that's why there were laughed at a lot. Now Fox has given them legitimacy. No way are they are going to turn on Fox.
