Hi MJ,

RNWK does not quite have a stochastic buy signal yet, but that looks imminent:

139.142.147.218

The conservative approach would be to wait until it printed $6.01, which is just above the high of the day on Friday. Given that the market tone is bearish, I think this is wise.

It is quite possible that RNWK could trade down further before signaling and rallying. The intraday chart indicates a bit more downside, but the volume patterns indicate support here is increasing, because there are buyers showing up when RNWK trades down.

139.142.147.22

I would also require that RNWK rally above the 200 ema on the 1 minute chart, and confirm that test. Currently, it tested that level from below, but was turned back right at the close on Friday:

139.142.147.22

So while RNWK looks ready to rally, I would wait until it makes its intentions clear by rallying above the 200 min ema, and by waiting until a stochastic crossover is completed.

.... all IMHO, of course.
