Hi Jill,

That is possible, but not likely. That $5 level marks the lower level of the trading range. RNWK is showing definite (but early) signs of reversal here, at a level of relative support.

On the other hand, MACD is not consistent with a strong uptrend beginning here.

So yes, it is possible, but just not likely IMHO. This is, however, another reason to wait until RNWK shows its intentions.
