Phil, I don't know what to make of Ruppert and I don't know what to make of Peak Oil.

I have, in fact, read various opinions about both and here are two. I will leave you to make up your own mind.

Ruppert maintains, as per the Peak Oil theory, that because world oil reserves are finite they are running out and this is the reason for the US' political aspirations, including 9/11. On the other hand, the Russians have shown that the oil is not running out at all and, in fact, is being replenished continually through "abiotic" geological processes. To put it in another political form, Vialls argues that Peak Oil is a Zionist scam but I would imagine that, as far as Iraq and other US conquests in the Mid East are concerned, he's right.
