You know I went back and read the speach Ronnie gave with regard to the Social Security Amendments of 1983. It was 100% BS. He appointed a commission led by tip O'Neil and Howard Baker and they proceded to pass the back door income tax as saving SS. It was a complete fraud. I wonder if Ronnie was duped.
