I could believe you could do better. I've been through physical therapy numerous times. The doc writes a script the boils down to "Back hurts. Fix it." The therapist figures out how to do it. And the good ones (and seen only the good ones for a couple decades bow- -I can spot them and won't put up with anything less) do just that. With no further intervention by the medico.
