I'd call what's happening in Iraq, terrorism. Luckily, since we chose the battlefield in which to fight terrorism, it is mostly located in Iraq and not on Western soil. We're keeping them occupied. Then once the Iraqis can form their own government and build up their police and military, they can begin the long, arduous process of squashing the terrorists. It may not look that way now, but we have the terrorists in a vise and the screws are turning.

This is a ridiculous argument. Its WH propaganda to allay the public's fears that Iraq is a waste of lives and money. It is not containing terrorism......those are words of an admittedly incompetent administration. Instead, it is providing a fertile training ground and encouraging the hate that terrorism feeds off of it.
