You never said hyperinflation, you said a collapsing dollar. I see why the disconnect now. Sure, with hyperinflation, debts are inflated away. I don't see the assumed link you made between a collapsing dollar and hyperinflation. The dollar has already declined what 35% or so? and it has done very little to make my mortgage easier to pay back -- my raises during that span have totalled 8%.

I don't believe hyperinflation is on it's way for the US. I do believe there will be a continued decline of the dollar.
