Third world furnishings seem to be the trend in the houses i have seen today. There are no furnishings worth anything a chair a bed that is about it. You can throw in a a couple of partially done rooms like a bathroom semi complete and the rest totally third world and the price from 800 to over 1.1.

From what i have seen I would say there is trouble brewing and I am not joking. These are not original owner houses they to me look like they were spec bought to live off caps gains and very very meagerly at that. It adds up to whoops as the rates increase.
