Oh, I don't know. Maybe it would have been better for world peace if the Jewish homeland had been established where people didn't already live, say on land purchased in the Brazilian rainforest by the Germans after WWII. Truman was initially against supporting the establishment of the state of Israel in Palestine after WW II. It's too late now, of course.

I don't buy your argument that the Palestinian Arabs left voluntarily. By your argument, the indians could reclaim America, since it's been their homeland for 20,000 years. They didn't leave voluntarily either, mostly.
