The building industry in Australia is already screaming but the Australian Reserve Bank has all but promised another quarter point rate hike in April.

The ARB will not permit the sort of real estate and credit bubble that the Fed has created here in America. Its great to have someplace in the world where the central bank doesn't believe their role is to create as much credit as the market demands - without regard to supply.
