So drugs should be legalized? Funny Americans believe that guns don't kill people and therefore should be manufactured and marketed without restriction. OTOH, drugs do kill people and therefore should be banned. Illogical. Incidently the murder rate in Toronto, our largest metropolitan centre (that has a good population of blacks and hispanics) is around 2-3/100,000 per year. In DC it's over 80/100,000. Our marginalized people are assisted with social programs, not starved. They don't live in the disgrace of the Ghettos that predominate the inner cities of USA.
