DJ, I don't mean a random mind reading. I mean controlled communication, by intention. Receiving if wanted, sending as desired.

I recall some time ago reading that before we talk, ideas get dumped into the word processing part of our brain, ready to go down to finger tips or lips. So, the part of the brain to read would be that part, the last stage of processing.

Picking the signal out of the rest of the noise should be as easy as a CDMA processor picking the signal out of the noise going on in the spectrum. Okay, it might be harder than that, but Moore's Law is enabling a LOT of processing power these days in small devices.
