Mortgage crooks here in Florida are advertising rates of 1.25% on the radio. This has got to be the mother of bait and switch.

Good stuff indeed... I wouldn't be surprised to see massive inventory increases in the heavy building bubble markets (Vegas, Phoenix, inland southern CA, and especially Miami)as we get into summer. You know affordability is way overstretched when the last of the sheeple are signing up for negative amortization loans at the very end of the cycle!
