Look at how QSII is doing and perhaps OPTO can get a piece of that action.

The company is undervalued relative to others.

The chart is constructive, an extended saucer-like base. MAs are crossing over in an uptrend. The float has turned over enough so that it won't take much to move, just need a catalyst.
