I would say, rationally, that young boys and girls should not engage in "healthy sexual activity" until they are able to comprehend and deal with the range of possible consequences. Like raising a family.

Interesting, but it implies people shouldn't have sex until they are at least financially independent. Some people don't reach this point until mid-20's (some never). It's a long time to wait!

When are you ever ready for that? Nobody on any level has ever taught me squat about raising a family, and I'm 25.
