Let me put it to you in the most basic terms - so that even the meanest intelligence will comprehend what I am saying. When one posts a story or excerpt which one KNOWS to be inaccurate, it is being dishonest. Anyone, who has even a rudimentary knowledge of Pakistan - which the host of this thread has - would know that Musharraf has done little to deal with the madrassas. Rice can say anything she pleases. When Mr Latif posts Rice's statement to be taken at face value, it is just plain dishonest because he knows perfectly well what the facts are. The only reason that I spend any time on this thread is because I have found that Latif presents what he knows to be outright distortions - although he usually does it citing someone else's comments or article. I believe most who read you, will conclude you have no idea of how to even begin to formulate plans to accomplish even simple changes. This from a person who categorized one half of the US as being unintelligent and "the stupidest people on the planet" because they espouse a political philosophy that is different from the one that you do! Clearly, you have found the elusive formula!!

You made such a profound impression that all of 36 people felt that your postings were worth following. Such was your ability when it came to "changing hearts and minds", "changing the course of the river" and your talent when it came to "formulate plans to accomplish even simple changes" that 51 of those who read your posts put you on "ignore". To reiterate, you have 36 who follow you and 51 who have expressly chosen to ignore you. Now that is quite a track record! Have you considered starting a thread that teaches SI members the unique talent that you possess when it comes to NOT being able to influence people and "change hearts and minds"? Just make sure that you don't teach them how to use a search engine.
