The MMs and pros are methodically walking DNA (and ONXX) right down as I write this. It has just about filled the overnight gap.

It will eventually reverse, but not until they've gotten a very nice profit on the short side.

I'm out of the position now, I set a tight stop at the open because I thought they would gap it up excessively and take away the retailers' lunch money.... looks like that is playing out right now. So, I got stopped out in pretty short order.

Jill,

EBAY looks like a whole lot of BULL

Look at the chart linked below:

themarketwind.com

The setup looks like a buy long and the timing looks good. Note the following:

There was a higher low today and a hollow open candle which is bullish.

The session today traded nearer the lower Bollinger Band and will likely trade “inside” of the bands tomorrow. This is bullish.

There was a new stochastic buy signal established today under 20 on its scale. This is bullish.

William’s %R changed directions yesterday to up showing the shift in trend from down to up. This is bullish.

My conclusion is that if we get market follow through; EBAY will meet the first target of about 40.25. Ask me again once the stock gets to that level.
