The charts don't think, nor are they any more right than a WAG. I look at the entire picture. What seems inconsequential or suspicious or irrelevant or meaningless at this moment could have an entirely different meaning in the next. ZAPZ has a product that could take off. They could file for BK next week They could have a manufacturer ready to take over production tomorrow. Possibilities are endless. Despite charts that you may read as negative and a past that puts promotion in front of performance, I'm leaning towards the positive outcome for the company and the stock
