Now there is a new cluster in central Vietnam. There are three siblings and a 4th (health care worker?) from an adjacent district in Quang Binh

The latest out of Vietnam is that the Quang Binh cluster has now grown to 195!

There are two reported confirmed cases, but 193 with symptoms. Sounds like the news blackout is ending. This has been going on for over a month in the Central Highlands. As expected, the movement of poultry and people associated with the Tet New Year on February 9 gave H5N1 a ticket to ride
