Rick I called Schwab and no one else has reported the problem. I then closed all my working applications and logged in again and had no problem the rest of the day. Must have been a problem withing my system, but very strange. Jim

Rick FYI Schwab has a new version of SSPro 4.0. It has not been announced yet. I needed to use another computer for a few days and downloaded it without realizing it was new. First thing I noticed was the retaining of the last trades in level 2 even if you switch symbols and go back. Nice feature. A call to Schwab provided the clearance to update existing versions without fear of losing setup stuff. Jim
