Should have read this one before posting my prior reply. Why anyone would have to consider it is because plenty of people who are not yet prepared for offspring enjoy it, and there are ways to do it that greatly reduce the chance of offspring popping up, and there are many people that find abortion an acceptable alternative to parenthood.
