I really don't think its something that should be promoted by the government. Its not really a government function and besides government promotion of sex is rather unnecessary. Natural drives and urges are usually enough.

Well then would you be against government promotion of better food and better housing? Promotion of them is also unnecessary, and they are driven by natural impulses. I would say spending government tax dollars on these basic things is a pretty good idea, and there's no reason government promotion of healthy food should be OK, but government promotion of healthy sex kept to a minimum....
