It does for folks who are legends in their own minds. So many folks do this these days, gst being one of the greatest offenders. FYI, it is done by folks on the right also. Had some of that with Lindy Bill and Unclewest and others over there. Being honest is no easy task and trying to be honest should be everyones goal instead of always trying to be right by spinning the facts.

Balderdash -- it was the reason why cooler heads prevailed after the first gulf war and wisely advised against an invasion and toppling of Saddam -- but of course you do not need to stick with the facts as you rewrite history so as to claim "gosh, nobody could have known it will be a colossal mess in Iraq if we invade". Cooler heads were shoved aside and the hotheads took matters into their own hands.
