Unconstitutional and undemocratic are two entirely separate things.

The majority pretty much by definition isn't undemocratic, except perhaps if it seeks to undermine the democratic process itself. Same sex marriage is an issue that the democratic process can decide it isn't the democratic process itself. Even if forbidding it was unconstitutional (and the constitution says nothing about mandating that the states allow it) it wouldn't be undemocratic. Also a constitutional amendment can't be unconstitutional.

If you just want to say its "very bad", perhaps you should limit yourself to that and not try to use words that you seem to be having a problem understanding.
