Interesting to me is that when Sundance does produce a film it always supports its documentation with high profiled people. Usually form CIA agents.. FBI agents, Generals or high profile persons who have been in government, served under various presidents including Republicans... and are as far as I can discern there to lend credibility to what is being filmed.

I happen to believe that when the eyes and ears see and hear something it has more viability than the published word which can come from various biased sources.

The films that I have seen on Sundance are very pro Bush and his Christianity leanings which really helped me understand why it is that those middle States with their high emphasis on their Christian foundations ( I experience this in N.C in the months that I am there ) have brought him to the pinnacle of success in those State which concur with his Christian principles...

It has done "docs" as they are called on many areas including the well documented war in Iraq. For example I can tell you that this was said on a site and quote Bush as having said it.
However, when one sees Bush, Chaney,Rich,Rumsfeld,Powell standing before an audience and SAYING things there is no need to have to see it in print. THERE it is, they are saying it and even though later it may prove to have been a fabrication they at least at the time believed it or they would not have said it over and over.. using terms which have now been long forgotten as we move to make the world free for Democracy.

I know that you will dispute this however for me the witness to something is far more viable than the hearsay... or interpretation.

What about Suma's post on Renditions?
They were talking about this on Fox News this weekend,
yes, I do watch sometimes.
Are they too liberal for you? Then I'm afraid I can't help.

If not, they confirmed that federal govt. agencies have admitted to doing renditions - taking people we have in custody, and giving them to places like Saudi Arabia and Yemen so they can be tortured.

This is fact, and not in dispute.

Tell me, does 9-11 justify the US becoming a shadow of it's former great self in your eyes. Not in mine. Not how I grew up to believe in what the US stands for, sorry.
