Yes, it would be interesting. Maybe he is averaging down. :-). According to Yahoo his two most recent share transactions before the current one was:



25-Sep-03 15,000 CTIC Option Exercise at $11.81 per share. (Cost of $177,150)

30-Dec-04 15,000 CTIC Option Exercise at $6.63 per share. (Cost of $99,450)



Is the guy trying to send a signal here? The amount involved this time is small (for him, I guess). Just some 25 kUSD. But still. Looks like a stupid thing to do, unless he knows something, we don't. Which of course he does.

I wouldn't torture myself trying to ascertain his motives. If you believe in the theory of asymmetric information, it tends to be bullish. Thanks for the find.
