Mr. Magoo has nine months left in his reign, he wants to run out the clock. I imagine the new chairman will want to get down to brass tacks and do something.

Better to acknowledge problems from the git go than to have to acknowledge them a year after you have been at the helm of the ship.

But Greeny will never acknowledge reality.
