JF, So why not emulate the country where "binge drinking" isn't "epidemic"? Why not indeed. I'd say British society is a lot closer to American society than French society is. Lower the drinking age here, and you'll end up with results more like Britian than France. Sorry if that sounds too "conservative" for you. If only you spent a little more effort giving me the benefit of the doubt and a little less time indulging in your bitterness, we might actually come to some sort of consensus. Tenchusatsu
