HOHOHO. Tunnel vision can lead you into a tunnel.

My point was that the media (primarily US) greatly exaggerated the SARS problem in Toronto. People bought the exaggeration and the tourist industry was devastated for about 3 years. People were happy to go Murder City Michigan where their lives were at risk but not to come to Toronto. Hollywood stars refused to make movies here and pro athletes refused to stay overnight. Such is the power of the media when they find a horse to ride. Imagine what they will do with the greatest epidemic since WW1
