Glenn:
Thanks. I took your suggestion and asked the broker to unbundle them. They can, and they will, for a small fee. It will take up to two weeks or so to do it, because

1) this is such a new issue, and
2) because the transfer agent is unfamiliar with this issue.

Regards,
Danny

Glenn:

An update: It takes them 2 business days, and it is a bit more expensive since they consider these as essentially 3 trades, plus transfer agent fees.

1) De-register the units from your name
2) Register the stock in you name
3) Register the warrants in your name

All-in-all it makes sense to really just buy the stock - which was your advice anyway, in one of your previous posts.
Regards,
Danny

Glenn,

A quick question..if there is no deal and you have purchased the warrants, you do not get that $ back, correct, only if you purchase the stock are you reimbursed?

TIA.
