<<I keep saying I know you didn't intend to be (rude)>>

Then why have you been rambling on and on all morning tossing words like Rude, Sexual Harassment and Naive when you state "I know you didn't intend..."

If you knew that then why on earth would you have posted a series of slams about me.

You also say "especially someone you do not know" yet you don't know me and you've drawn conclusions.

It seems to me the only people who receive the benefit of the doubt are people you deem qualified.

<<I'm not talking about a school workplace- I'm talking corporate>>

The fact is we weren't talking in ANY workplace. We were on SI. But I mentioned the school workplace because you brought up workplace and I knew you had some experience with schools. Hence the reason I went on to say this is why Americans are losing faith in public schools. They have gone so far in deploying societal rules that they have made our children thin skinned and ill prepared for the real world. The fact is we only need schools to focus on the 3 R's but instead we have activist teachers who think its there place to include M's (morals) and PC's (political Correctness) which isn't what we the taxpayer have hired them to do. My house is a WONDERFUL house for teaching morals and its succeeding without your input - imagine that! And with regard to politics my boy will find his way. I don't impose my views on him so why on earth would I be accepting of a teacher imposing theirs on him. Maybe if schools stopped worrying about these other issues and taught the 3 R's our children wouldn't be graduating without the ability to read.

I might add that I'm in a corporate environment. I know what works and what doesn't. I also have some experience with schools from growing up with a father who was the superintendent of my school. I have a pretty good idea of what works there too.

What doesn't work is a bunch of overly sensitive whining teachers who think they're the only ones who understand morals, values and work hard. Yes, the rest of us have work to do at night as well and most of us work far more than 180 days.

So go cry on another shoulder because you're no victim honey. You complain, whine and attack and then scream victim. You get far less than what you deserve. Thus far I've been decent to you.....take the olive branch before I decide you've irritated me to the point where I'll no longer be nice.
