Yeah, but you make having sex (which can be done with minimal risk of pregnancy and minimal risk of transmission of disease) sound like drunk driving. Drunk driving as a youth was definitely a bad, dangerous activity. Always. Anyone who would say otherwise is (as you like to say) an idiot! On the other hand, engaging in sex at an age below 20 (don't start yelling about 12 year olds!) can be really enjoyable, healthy and safe if the people involved just know the appropriate precautions to take. In fact, I'll bet that most people with memories of healthy sex at an age under 20 where no child was conceived have a very positive memory of it. This is the essence of the idea that healthy sex is good for you, and the government should promote it.
