Your article is all true but it fails to mention the most important thing. Al Gore would have been president in 2000 if the election had been on the up and up and John Kerry would have beaten junior in 2004 if the election had been on the up and up. The republicans have something around 40% of the vote sewn up. That is, about 40% of the people in American will vote for any republican candidate barring a really bad scandal which they can't keep out of the media. Since they already have about 40% they only need to fool about 4 or 5 percent of the voters into believing in them and they win because they can steal the rest of the votes using the electronic voting terminals. The electronic voting terminals are the greatest threat to America today. If something isn't done quickly about them America as we know it is a thing of the past.

I think the democrats know this but they can't figure out what to do about it. The first thing they should be doing is making sure they talk about it every time they are in a position in which what they say might be reported in the news. No matter what they are asked or what the subject is the democrat politicians should mention the fact that if something isn't done about the way the votes are counted America could be doomed to be a one party state. They should all be doing this every chance they get. Sooner or later the public would realize that there is a real problem in allowing republicans to count the votes without anyone knowing if the results are correct or not.
