Z, The problem is that Bush started this term by saying he was going to patch things up with the international community, and then he goes ahead and appoints two people that are among the most belligerent towards the international community.

OK, but if the VRWC (Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy) is trying to push "neocons" into world bodies, why appoint a couple of supposedly undiplomatic buffoons? Wouldn't they want to appoint some slick guy who can slip under the radar of the world's watchdogs?

That sounds like something that Dr. Evil might do, not Karl "The Mastermind" Rove. ;-)
