The best pick was Condi Rice, who ignored the warning signs before 9-11, and would not take the actions necessary to highten security before 9-11. Remember, Repubs rejected the bipartisan group proposing a Dept. of Homeland Security in 2001 before 9-11....

Sounds like she'd make a good President in 2008...right lol
