Al, What does that have to do with ANWR...

ANWR is more than just a "tiny sliver of our oil needs," despite what you said. I brought up the SPR because that's an even tinier sliver, yet that didn't stop Clinton from drawing upon it to buy votes in the NE.

I have noticed that everytime bush gives another gift to his crony friends you guys bring clinton into the discussion.

Just showing what hypocrites liberals have proven themselves to be.
