Is Gender-Based Pricing Fair? When I was out for lunch today I noticed a sign for a dry cleaner that offered a single price per item, whatever the item. I haven't had anything dry cleaned in years. I'm way too green for that. So I haven't been paying much attention to pricing. I assume that dry cleaners have been pressured into unisex pricing by now given the publicity over this. You'd think that market pressure would work in Canada, as well. But some politicians just have to grandstand.
