Or are you talking about methods? Sure, the methods differed, but the end result is/was the same. What do you mean "the liberals under Daschle literally changed the rules on filibusters"? Or is all of this boiling down to whatever the Republicans do is ok, but when liberals do it they are the spawn of Satan?
