What this guy did, if he did it, is of course a hienous crime. But the death penalty in a circumstantial case is barbaric.

I'm pretty sure there was a witness and tangible evidence to Scott's affair with Amber Frey. That's enough to warrant the death penalty, according to my wife. ;-)
