"A fetus has no rights under US law."

Or Canadian law it appears. Lots of heartless folks will kill them for convenience.

But don't kill murderers!

Hypocrite.

"That just sends chills down my Constitutional spine."

Why? Do you feel people should be able to rape and kill? Is that "freedom" to you? Some think so, and that is why the 2nd Amendment is important.

"then we can take away guns to protect the public."

Someone needs to prove they do more harm than good. This is just a freedom that you hate, and that you don't want others to have. Too bad for you.

"In your country the defendent has to prove he's innocent"

I live in the United States of America. Not France. If you think a prosecuter will not go after you for killing someone you are more of an idiot than I thought. You obviously do not know what you are talking about when you say it is legal to kill in America because you think you are in danger. It is legal to kill (in many cases) when you ARE in danger. If the prosecuter does not feel you were in danger, but you thought you were, he will prosecute you. I know it is easier to hold your position when you are dishonest about the reasons. But you may want to look at the facts instead of posting a lie.

"Atheist don't believe there was a creator, hence they don't believe the Creator endowed them with anything"

Who cares? They still have rights. If they think they don't (as you appear to believe) then they are wrong. Plenty of idiots out there. Doesn't surprise me that some use your "logic".

"It also has to do with the inconsistencies between religions as to exactly what God said."

The framer's said it, not God. Our Declaration of Independence is pretty clear. If you think it says that only people with certain religions have rights then you can't read to well.

"That's good enough for me"

Thanks.
