I think Harlan is making a mistake. He should be gone now. Make a clean start since we are going to have a new team anyway. That would give Brett a three year window to get back to the Super Bowl. If this is Sherman's last year, then you are essentially throwing away the next two seasons. Brett is not getting any younger. Shit, I sent Harlan a letter last year that told him he should fire Sherman at the bye week and install a new coaching staff during the two weeks. Would have given the new coaches the rest of last year to get comfortable and then maybe this year would not have been a throw away. I know, that was unrealisitc, but the basic premise still stands.
