If ECB believes growth is not there and inflation is contained (as you seem to think) why would they be "100%" wanting to raise interest rates (again, as you seem to think)?

I don't follow your reasoning. Can you say in one simple sentence why you think ECB "WANTS 100%" to hike rates if growth is nonexistent and inflation is contained?
